Have you heard of the first person to fly solo across the atlanic ocean? Well, her name is Amelia Earhart and that is what she is most known for.She grew up in the 20th century and She was amazing how brave she was and was born to fly.
Amelia Mary Earhart was born on july, 24, 1897. She grew up in Atchison, Kansas. Her mother was Amy and Her father Was Edwin. She had one younger sister named Grace. While a child, Amelia absolutely loved doing anything outdoors even in the winter. Amelia was homeschooled as a kid. Eventully, Amelia Married George Putnam. She went after her dream of flying and was soon Stated the best women pilot in the united states.
Unfortunately, on July 2, 1937 amelia was declared missing. There were many different theories about her disappearance. Some say she and anther pilot “nanoon” crashed when they were flying over seas, and the most likely reason of her disappearance is that she crashed and was stranded on an island were she starved to death. No one can ever be sure. Amelia was declared dead on January 5, 1939.
Amelia was an amazing person and her bravery is still recognized today. She had courage to do crazy things. She was an amazing flyer and when she died, she felt like she had influenced everyone in great ways.

Walt new that this really was not right for him though, it was just a way to make some money.
Walter decided to start his own company with his friend Iwerks. They named their company the Iwerks-disney commercial artists. It wasn’t going so well at first though. They were not able to run the business by there selves. Disney decided to be an animator, which he enjoyed. Disney’s first cartoons were called the laugh o grams, then were Alice comedy’s, the Oswald the lucky rabbit, and finally he put out his cartoon character that is still known very well today, Mickey mouse. He made millions of dollars off of his Mickey Mouse clubhouse cartoons.
