1930's health

welcome to the 1930's health page. although health in the 1930's was not very complex , it was still a very interesting topic of many health concerns.

healthcare issues

one of the biggest health concerns in the 1930's was how people were going to pay for their health care. the income in america was split in half in 1929 causing this issue. many people could not afford to pay their medical bills and less people kept going to the doctor every day. right before the great depression doctors charged a fee for service, they also made other people pay for other people who could not . This was a big issue in healthcare

great healthcare inventions

-the first vaccine for yellow fever invented in 1935
